We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is unused and in its original conditions. A void seal is placed on our package for hygiene purposes. If you would like to return or exchange a product, you may do so as long as the seal is not removed or opened.
Requesting for a Return or Refund.
Request for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your product. Photo evidence of the unopened item(s) must be provided in order to qualify for a return or exchange. Please note, no shipping, taxes or shipping insurance charges will be refunded.
Requests after 14 days will be refunded with a warehouse restock fee of 15%.
Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s) and after inspection.
Email email@example.com with your order number, reason why, and indicate if it’s a return for refund or exchange. We will reply with a return number and a return address. *The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest that you send your package with a tracking number as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
When we receive the return, we will inspect it (up to 3 business days upon receipt) for quality control purposes. If we find the seal is broken or the package is broken in other areas, and we find the condition of the return is not in resell-able condition, we are not able to authorize the return process. A refund will not be issued and the returned opened item will not be sent back to the customer.
We do not allow returns for opened items due to hygienic purposes and for the safety of our employees.
When requesting a return, any gift that came with the purchase must be returned in it's original unopened packaging.
For authorized returns in good condition, we will refund or exchange the order within 3 business days upon receipt.
If you received a wrong or damaged product, please email us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: "DAMAGED ORDER" and include your CURL Number so we can assist you or text us on any of our social media channels. Damages due to shipping will be reviewed and we will work with you closely to resolve it in the most reasonable manner possible.
Products bought on sale cannot be exchanged unless you would be paying in full for the product. Limited edition releases do not qualify for a return.
- If you would like to cancel an order, kindly send an email to email@example.com within 24hrs of placing it and as long as you have not received a shipping notification. Order Cancellations attract a 10% warehouse restocking fee to cover the costs incurred from processing your order.
- Products Bought during a sale are non refundable, you will be eligible for store credit in the amount of your order only.
- If you would like to cancel an order that has shipped, a 15% warehouse restocking fee will be charged to cover the costs incurred from processing, cancelling and returning your order. You will not be refunded shipping fees.
- Shipping might be delayed due to weather conditions, Covid restrictions and/or traffic. These delays are out of our hands and we will work with our carriers to get your order to you in the most reasonable amount of time. If you wish to cancel an order that has been delayed, you are eligible to receive your full order amount, minus shipping costs which are non-refundable.
- We provide tracking information on all orders as soon as they leave our warehouse and our shipping partners attempt a delivery to your address at least twice on different days. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address/unavailable phone number, you will be responsible for handling the second cost of shipping to your address unless you paid for shipping insurance at checkout. If you selected this option, we will reship your order to you for free. Your order will reship only when it has been returned to us.
- If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us due to an incorrect address/unavailable phone number, you will be charged a 10% warehouse restocking fee to cover the cost of the return within 30days of Curlfit receiving your returned order and you will not be refunded for shipping fees. After 30 days has passed,you will be eligible for store credit in the amount of your initial order only.
