Shipping policy

 WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM THE TIME I ORDER?

  • We ship from our warehouse in the United States. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed (be packed and ready for shipping) due to the influx of orders we receive daily, we do not ship on weekends or holidays
  • During New Product Launch, Holidays, or Sale events, it may take 5-7 business days for your order to be processed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?

  • Please allow 3 - 8 working days to receive your order after it has been shipped domestically and 8-16 business days internationally.
  • If there are shipping delays, it may take an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. Please note: shipping delays are completely out of our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number.

Please track your packages. Curlfit is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by our delivery agency.

In the case that your order is undelivered, however is marked as delivered, an investigation will be opened with USPS or DHL  depending on the used carrier until a final resolution is made. ***

 If DHL or USPS confirms that the package was "Delivered", no refunds or replacements will be granted.

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct as we will not be held accountable for missing orders due to bad address/phone number. a refund will NOT be given. 
  • We provide tracking information on all orders as soon as they leave our warehouse and our shipping partners attempt a delivery to your address at least twice on different days. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address/unavailable phone number, you will be responsible for handling the second cost of shipping to your address unless you paid for shipping insurance at checkout. If you selected this option, we will reship your order to you for free. Your order will reship only when it has been returned to us.
  • If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us due to an incorrect address/unavailable phone number, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of the return within 30days of Curlfit receiving your returned order and you will not be refunded for shipping fees. After 30 days has passed,you will be eligible for store credit in the amount of your initial order only.

If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact the courier directly and give them your tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

TRACKING YOUR ORDER (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

We use passport shipping for most of our orders. This method offers the most affordable shipping rates and passport will provide tracking information. 

Important Note: If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact the courier (passport) directly from your tracking page.

 If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order.

 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES & DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility and we will provide the option to pay them on our website, or when it gets to your country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages if you choose the latter option.

Curlfit cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package if you do not choose the passport priority duties and taxes paid option during checkout. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on some occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages if you choose to pay the customs fees yourself in your country.


By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

(If you refuse a shipment from Curlfit, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Curlfit. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.)
