Shipping, returns and guarantees


We want you to be happy with your purchase at Curlfit, even if the product doesn't work for you. Everyone has different hair types, porosities and hair colors and while we’d love to say our colors will work for 100% of the people that buy them, we know that’s simply not the case.

Don’t worry; if you aren’t completely satisfied with our products, we’ll sort it out for you. If something doesn’t work, we’ll guide you through a live application or find you a color that does, and if we can’t, we’ll definitely compensate you!

  • We offer full refunds up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • After 7 days, we can do a refund as store credit.


Our goal is to ship any order out by 12:00 PM WAT 1-2 days after at most, depending on the number of orders we have. The average shipping time is two to six business days, but varies based on your location. Shipping timeframes are not guaranteed and we provide a rough estimate for when you will receive your products during checkout.


    Shipping prices are at market rates and calculated at checkout. All customs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer if not paid on our site.
